Educational Qualification

Post	Description
Center Manager	Candidates’ having Masters Degree in Disability Rehabilitation/Administration/Social Work in Disability Studies/Social Work/Management/Hospital Management/Hospital Administration/Public Administration/Sociology/Psychology/Development Studies/LSW or PDM/Equivalent along with having Minimum 04 Years of Experience in related Field will be eligible.
Admin-Cum-Account-Assistant	Candidates having Graduation Degree in Commerce(B.Com) from recognized university along with minimum 01 Year Experience in related Field & good command over both Hindi & English Language will be eligible for this post.
Senior Physiotherapist	Candidates’ having Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Institution with minimum 06 Months Post Degree Internship in reputed Hospital with minimum 02 Years of Post qualification working Experience in any hospital/Institution & Post Qualification minimum 04 Years of Experience in related field will be eligible for this post.
Physiotherapist	Candidates’ having Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Institute along with related field Experience will be eligible for this post.
Mobility Instructor	Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Mobility Science(B.M.Sc)/In Special Education/Bachelor in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy from any recognized institute along with related field Experience will be eligible for this post.
Audiologist-Cum-Speech Language Pathologist	Candidates’ having Bachelor Degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology or an Equivalent Degree from an RCI recognized along with having related field Experience will be eligible for this post.
Counselor/Clinical Psychologist	Candidates’ having Masters in Psychology with regular one Year PGDM in Clinical Psychology/Guidance & Counselling/Counselling & Rehabilitation /Equitant Degree /Diploma along with related field Experience will be eligible for this post.

Important information

1. The recruitment for above mentioned posts will be purely on contractual basis subject to renewal on satisfactory performance and continuity of the Project. Duration of the BISPS Project is up to March, 2020. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written / interview or both.
2. There shall be no any claim of Permanent appointment in any circumstances.
3. Bihar Govt. Reservation policy applies to all the positions/posts. Reservation benefits will be available only to applicants who are domicile of Bihar.
4. For all Posts/positions (except Sl. No. 04 & 05) candidates should have good communication skill (both spoken and written in English and Hindi). Proficiency in working with MS office is a must.
5. All candidates who are finally impaneled would be placed on rolls of a Human Resource Management Agency (Service Provider) which is engaged by SSUPSW to provide manpower services.
6. Maximum age limit for aforesaid post should not exceed 55 years of age.
7. For the purpose of calculation of Experience and age, the reference date will be 01-10-2018.
