  3. First you have to submit your application fee by your nearest E-mitra Center.
  4. You will get token number that will be used to start your online form submission.
  5. After read all details you can start submission of PTET Application form 2019 by click on PTET Online Registration link.
  6. While you are submitting your form online you should be ready with all scanned documents like your photo, signature and other essential details.
  7. You must be clear in mind that you can’t edit your application after final submission.
